Hanging On When Hope Fades: Finding Strength in the Darkness
A) Life's journey isn't always a smooth path. It actually rarely ever is. There are times when darkness envelops us, making it difficult to see beyond the immediate storm. These are the moments that test our resilience, our faith, and our very spirit. It's in these depths of despair that we often discover hidden reserves of strength we never knew existed.
a) "The darkest time in my life, was when I was engulfed in alcoholism and obsessed with ending it all. Even to this day, I am humbled that I am still alive. I can't imagine not having the life I have today because of some very strong emotions in the past. It is possible to change to your life, drastically."
B) When hope seems like a distant star, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. The weight of the world can feel like an insurmountable burden, and the future appears bleak. Yet, within this darkness, there lies an opportunity for profound growth and transformation.
b) "I hit a breaking point, it was time to change. I couldn't be missarable anymore. I was living in my own torture chamber. Designed by myself for myself. I stopped making excuses and blaming everyone around me for my problems. I forced myself to not think about what people thought of me. I needed to create a world of my own. I know could see that I could build a world of my own within a world I thought would never change. It was just my perspective and enviroment I grew up in."
C) It's in these moments of vulnerability that we truly connect with our inner selves. By acknowledging our pain and fear without judgment, we create space for healing and resilience to emerge. It's about finding the courage to face our challenges head-on, one step at a time.
c) "Once you decide you want change in your life, these things begin to fall in place. Finding courage begins with not having courage. Creating courage takes overcoming fear. This can seem practically impossible at times, but I swear it is just an illussion. If you truly want change in your life, don't give up and what you seek you will find. Manifestation is real. Energy will flow where your attention goes."
D) Remember, this too shall pass. Just as the darkest hour precedes the dawn, so too can the depths of despair usher in a new era of hope and possibility. By holding on to even a flicker of hope, we allow ourselves the space to rebuild and rediscover our strength.
d) "This statement finally rang true for me after going through some struggle and putting in some effort for what I wanted. The most important thing is to actually try. I would recommend putting in 100% effort. You truly only have one life to live. I would highly advise you start living life for yourself. I believe the meaning to life is simple experiencing life. Each NEW moment in our life awakens us. You can let it scare you or excite you."
-Have a productive day filled with peace and love!
