Eligibility for Returns:

You can return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Modylist within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return unless the damage occurred during shipping.
Clearance items or items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact Self-HelpHub customer service via email at admin@self-helphub.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
You are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.
Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:

Items damaged during shipping: Please contact Modylist customer service immediately upon receiving a damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as desired.
